How many letters can a Story Arch name sign take?
The concept targets up to ten letters; longer names may change the arch proportions, which you would see in the design preview before production.

When will materials, size, and care details be available?
We will publish confirmed specifications on each product page after a physical prototype has been tested.
How will shipping and returns work?
Shipping destinations, costs, taxes, and delivery times are shown in secure checkout before payment. Specific carriers and delivery dates are announced only once confirmed. Non-custom pieces may be returned within 60 days of delivery if they are unused and undamaged. The buyer pays return shipping, and the refund is issued after the returned piece is inspected.
