Made to order, not from stock
Made to order. The current estimate is 3–5 production days before shipping. This is an estimate, not a delivery promise. Confirmed lead times are shown on each product page before you order.
For custom pieces, production does not start until you approve the design preview. Time spent reviewing or revising the preview is additional to the production estimate.
Shipping cost, destinations, and taxes
Shipping destinations, costs, available services, and delivery times will be shown in secure checkout before payment. A fixed country list, carrier list, and delivery-date promise are published only once confirmed.
Taxes are calculated by the checkout provider. Import duties, if they apply, depend on the destination and are confirmed before payment.
Tracking
Tracking is not yet confirmed. Dispatch and tracking details will be described on this page when confirmed.
Free shipping
US Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. The exact total is confirmed at Shopify checkout before payment.
Holiday deadlines
No Christmas or other holiday delivery cutoff is announced. Cutoffs will be published only after a supplier or carrier confirms them.
After an order ships
Shipping confirmation, any available tracking link, and the carrier details will be provided through the order channel once a service is confirmed. We cannot promise tracking for every destination yet.

Returns and custom orders
Non-custom pieces can be returned within 60 days of delivery if unused and undamaged. Custom pieces follow approval, cancellation, and seller-fault rules. Read the returns and custom-order policy.
