- 01 Pick the piece and its detail
Each product page lists the fields that piece can take — a name, a date, or a first photo. Choose the form you want in the room first, then add the detail that belongs to it.
- 02 Approve the design preview
Nothing is made until you approve the preview. That is the moment to check the spelling and the photo you sent; the approved details are the ones used for production.
- 03 Made to order after approval
Personalized pieces are made for that order rather than pulled from stock. Prices come from our Shopify store; materials and lead times are shown on each product page when confirmed.

The current personalized pieces take a name; First Echo also takes a date and a first photo. These are the only personalization fields confirmed in the catalog.
- Names on 4 pieces Luna Glow, Story Arch, Twelve Moons, First Echo. Each product page states its own letter limit.
- A first photo First Echo can carry one photo, approved in the design preview before anything is made.
- A date First Echo can add a meaningful date alongside the photo.
Fonts, finishes, and size options are not listed here because they are not confirmed. When they are, the choice will live on the product page rather than in a general promise.
