About Luna Glow
How is the name added to Luna Glow?
The name is engraved into the front panel. You approve a design preview before anything is made, so the spelling is always the one you chose.
Is Luna Glow a toy or a night light for a crib?
Neither. It is a decorative keepsake light for a shelf or wall, displayed out of reach of children, and it has not been tested as a nursery appliance.
Will it plug in or run on batteries?
A rechargeable battery option is the current design goal, since outlets near shelves are rare. Final specs come after prototype testing.
Questions for every object
Can I order these objects today?
Yes. Orders are placed through Shopify secure checkout; shipping and taxes are shown before payment.
Are the product images photographs of finished objects?
No. They are illustrative images made for this collection. Final objects may differ in shape, color, and finish.
When will materials, size, and care details be available?
We will publish confirmed specifications on each product page after a physical prototype has been tested.
How will shipping and returns work?
Shipping destinations, costs, taxes, and delivery times are shown in secure checkout before payment. Specific carriers and delivery dates are announced only once confirmed. Non-custom pieces may be returned within 60 days of delivery if they are unused and undamaged. The buyer pays return shipping, and the refund is issued after the returned piece is inspected.
